Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. @pecans{¼%cup}(finely chopped)

Pat @chicken cutlets{2%pieces} dry with paper towels; season with remaining fry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking sheet lightly oiled with @cooking oil{1%tbsp}. Evenly spread tops of chicken with a thin layer of honey mustard sauce, saving the rest for serving. Mound with pecan mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
